Production Reports

Production Assembly Bills - This report brings together information concerning products that are being used on a given project. The beginning of the report tell about the general characteristics of the products such as Name, Size, Name Variation. Then we have Part information and below that Hardware info and Labor functions and finally location of this product on the project.

Production Cutlist Loose Parts - Parts such as Scribes and Support Panels can be identified within the program as "Loose Parts". Once identified as such these parts will then be selected to appear on special reports like this.

Production Cutlist Not Yielded - Here we see parts that have not been able to be yielded in the optimization. This could be because of improper data entry or because a larger stock size is going to be required.

Production Cutlist sorted by Category - Part cutlist sorted into Part Categories and Material Type.

Production Cutlist sorted by Material - This report displays a Part cutlist sorted by Material type.

Production Department Summary - Department Summary can be used as a way to determine Capacity Constraints in your facility and will aid in Scheduling Production as well.

By using this in Job Costing, this "budget" amount can provide you with the ability to understand how you performed on a given project as these values can be compared to the actual time that it took to produce a project.

Production Edging Usage by Height - This report has several uses. One is that it can be used for the ordering of Edgeband for a project or group of projects. Another is that it can be used to alert the Edgebander operator as to how much material he will need to bring to the machine before they begin edgebanging.

Production Layups Not Yielded

Production Operations sorted by Department - This report is gives a more detailed look at labor on a project. Keytrix allows for "Economies of Scale" when calculating labor. We also allow for Setup times to perform specific duties. Each Department such as "Assembly" have Operations associated with them. Labor can be applied to Colors, Edging, Hardware, Material Compositions, Part & Products.

Production Optimized Patterns - This report displays the cutting patterns. This can be used at a manual saw for cutting instructions or at an automatic saw as a check off sheet.

Production Optimizer Summary

Production Panel Saw Sheet Requirement - This report is used in Production to instruct the saw operator how much and what type of material to bring to the saw for processing.

Production Part Labels - Part labels are available in many sizes. This is a typical edge label. The information that is displayed can be customized using a report writing application such as Infomaker. These labels have been printed in order of the way the will be cut. They can also be printed in numerical order.

Production Product Labels - This label can be applied to the products at the time of assembly. They are helpful for shipping as well as at installation. The information listed here can be modified to meet your needs better. The actual size of this label is 2-1/2" x 3-3/4".

Installation Elevation Report - Many of our clients use this report as an aid during the installation process. This report can be posted on the wall where the cabinets are to be installed. This gives the installers an as built reference for installing the products.
